YT Video: Behavior Modifications

You need to work on some things. You have some bad habits that are getting in the way of your success. You know this, but yet in still you allow them to get in your way. Work on it, day-by-day, work on it. Get on it! You know what you have to do.

1.) Stop looking to Entertain (escape) yourself

Sheeple do this all the time! Instead of working on legitimate personal and professional goals people spend countless of hours on social media to include Twitter and Youtube, and realize later they could have spent time doing something else like reading a book, writing in your journal, working out, stretching, practicing mindfulness, writing letters, etc. Limit your time on leisurely activities. Finding a balance between work, fun and self-care is a challenge. You come first.

2.) Keep up with your tasks, bills, assignments, etc.

Don’t let the drag of everyday life be an excuse for falling behind on your responsibilities. Check up on your finances everyday. Organize and maintain your agendas, task managers, and bills. Set-up auto pay, read your mail the day of. Don’t wait until the next day, or the weekend to complete a task. It usually becomes more work the longer you put it off.

3.) Watch your mouth

There’s a famous proverb that says “The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences.” Point-blank: Shut your mouth. I have cursed myself time and time again, and time and time again because I did not shut my mouth. Shut your mouth! Now you are more prone to extraversion, but because of that proclivity you should read more and write more. Stop talking! People condemn themselves all the time because they don’t know how to shut their mouths. It’s called self-fulfilling prophecy. If you have a zillion ideas flowing through your mind then start writing them down. Keep a journal. Keep a diary. Listen to classical music. Clean your house! Do your laundry! There are so many things to do in a course of a day. Stop talking to yourself! It’s not healthy! 3707744-1895153011-Shhh.
